Federico Lahm
The Agile journey is never easy, not gonna lie. The challenges seem vast and never-ending, especially if you have never met your colleagues face-to-face, but there is a silver lining! Focusing on how distance, intolerance, and disengagement affect us, I will go through real scenarios based on my experience with international and distributed teams to unravel actual issues that Agile teams face on a day-to-day basis, providing down-to-earth tips so you can break the vicious cycle, Zelda-style! Join me and let’s deconstruct our problems, have a laugh while doing so, and gain some insightful and hopefully useful knowledge that you can apply in your distributed teams!
