Onsite/Tuesday, 17 October: We will verify your ticket and give you a badge after arrival. Please wear it throughout the event.
Online/Wednesday, 18 October: We will wait for you to join via the Whova platform.
For our event, we will use an online platform called Whova. You can download the Whova app to access the event. Here, you’ll find the agenda and plan your schedule, access documents and slides, find who else is attending this event, plan different social activities, receive updates such as last-minute session changes, and more. See you there!

Coffee/tea/water and snacks will be prepared in a conference centre hall that you can enjoy during the breaks, and there will also be lunch (buffet style) at 12:30-13:30 served in the conference centre restaurant.
At the entrance, you‘ll find the info centre. It will be open throughout the day during the event. Our dedicated volunteers will be delighted to assist you and address any queries. Or you could look for any volunteer in an Agile attribute who will also be happy to help you.
