Archana is a Product manager passionate about delivering products that have a meaningful impact on people. With 18 years of experience in the software industry, she has developed a deep understanding of effective methodologies and has experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products. Prior to her current role, Archana worked as an Agile Coach for nearly seven years, gaining valuable experience in topics such as Agile coaching, OKR implementation, facilitation, and change management at both the team and organisational levels.
In her current role as a Product Manager, Archana collaborates with her team in co-creating great experiences for their mobile app customers. She prioritises data-driven approaches and experimentation while building features, always putting their customers first to ensure they deliver valuable solutions that meet their needs.
Archana believes in giving back to the community, she actively engages in mentoring and coaching initiatives, as well as sharing her learnings and experiences at various conferences.
